Our Returns Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased, please let us know within 48 hrs and we will exchange or refund if the product is returned within 7 days of delivery. Products which have not been customised are returned at the customers cost. Products should be packed in the original packaging and returned in the original condition. Should any goods be received back to us damaged or faulty, then no refund can be given. Only faulty goods will be collected free of charge by

Unfortunately, items that have been engraved are not returnable unless its our fault. If the error is with us a new item will be re-engraved and sent out to you straight away. If the error is not with us then we would have to recharge you for another item. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns and obtain ‘proof of purchase’. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Policy for Faulty Goods

We will not be liable for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under this guarantee.

Cancellation of Orders

Please notify us within 24hrs after placing an order if you wish to cancel an order that has not been despatched. Letting us know any later then this means some orders may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.  If an order has been personalised unfortunately you will be unable to cancel the order or edit the personalisation.

Returns Address

Please email to inform us of any damages within 48hrs. Make sure the item is packed well and in the original packaging.
