St Christopher Pocket Watch
Our personalised St Christopher Pocket Watch is the perfect item or gift for travellers.
St Christopher, originally known as Reprobus, is immortalised on the front of this beautiful pocket watch.
The image on the front describes the story of St Christopher; he wanted to find Christ so turned to a life of service.
Due to his large stature, he was able to help people cross a fast flowing and perilous river. One day he helped a child cross the river, who became so heavy upon his back he feared that he would not succeed. When reaching the bank, the child explained to him that he was in fact, Christ. St Christopher has since been known as the patron saint of travellers and a sign of protection being worn on necklaces, jewellery and now a pocket watch.
This pocket watch shows a detailed image of St Christopher carrying the child Jesus across the turbulent river.
This quality pocket watch is supplied in a presentation box and is also supplied with an Albert Chain and clip.
With quartz movement and a 3 year battery life, the pocket watch measures 4.5cm, with the chain length being 34cm.
The St Christopher Pocket Watch is available in two options, either full hunter or double full hunter. Full hunter is a full white face with a hinged cover that protects the watch face, whereas the double full hunter has full mechanical workings which can be seen on the front and back with two hinged covers on the front and back.
